The staff of the International Office are available to help with any practical problems that you may have in day to day life while you are studying at the College and we hope that you will share any concerns you may have with us so that we can ensure that you get support.

You will have the opportunity to discuss any academic problems, concerns or future plans with your tutor.

The College offers a confidential counselling service that is available to all students for any emotional support you might need.

But for a friendly informal support service come to the International Office for help with registering with a doctor, opening a bank account, information about what you need to do when finding work, paying tax and N I, information on accommodation, council tax, where to find services in Cardiff and any other letters etc that you might need. No issue is too small - if you need any support we are here to help in any way that we can.
